There are a couple of apps like https://smartcompose.gov.sg (previously appraiser.gov.sg)
that has been released since 2023.
Another (for full disclosure) was done by my team https://remarkscopilot.string.sg (focusing on short-form report book remarks) - domain has changed from beta.gov.sg. We also tested workflows for longer form testimonials like the writeup here (using zapier/ plumber, forms and parsing it through GPT after anonymizing for student identities)
Generally, I found that creating systems to help students self-document and self-report/ reflect on achievements, especially those outside of school as a form teacher, was particularly useful. Are there other workflows you use? (:
